“…and after him was Shamgar the son of Anath, which slew of the Philistines six hundred men with an oxgoad: and he also delivered Israel…”-Judges 3:31Okay, so we know Shamgar killed 600 Philistines, but suppose he didn’t do his oxgoading all at once… Suppose he did it over a period of time… Cheers.
Okay…I think I’m picking up what you’re putting down…except I’m likely not, so…questions!
1. Technology is of God, except when in service of mass murder? Maybe?
2. Nature’s viruses are also of God, and the technology (also of God) to defeat them is…good?
3. Our reliance on technology and the either/or nature of our relationships with technology like weapons stands in stark contrast to God’s number one law (love one another) AND the commandment prohibiting murder. Do weapons make us murderous or offer more opportunities for murder-inclined folks to indulge themselves?
4. Police: Stop killing Black people. I don’t have a question here.
Thanks for continuing to publish works like these.
Just musing on muddled thinking, mostly.
